Consultations
Our company ensures that land owners are compliant with the land use rules and policy enforced by the Government of Barbados. Developers must acquire planning permission in the form of permits, certificates of compliance and other legal documents in order to commence any form of construction, or development of land.
Representation at Government Hearings
Representation of applications for which the Planning and Development Department have recommended a refusal at Section 18 and 19 hearings with the Prime Minister's Office.
Acquisition of Government Concessions
Includes attainment of concessions upon approval of the project. The Government has established a host of financial incentives set in place for investors whose projects are designed to better the Barbadian economy through increased employment and increased demand for local goods and services.
